El Dorado

Came to El Dorado for dinner and had such a great experience I decided to come back. Shout out to Deon who’s customer service is amazing, he is always moving and making sure he’s checking in with guests.When I returned a second time he remembered me and welcomed me back , gotta say I felt super welcomed. The first time I ordered a chicken taco to go, on my second visit I got chicken enchiladas which were so delicious and the portions were great. Warm chips and salsa upon ordering my beer Deon is on his top game and I really appreciate being felt seen and welcomed. I will be coming back here again.

Very pleasant experience! The food was great and the service was great. Our waiter was kind and friendly. He took our entire order from memory and only forgot one little side taco. When he realized the error he brought us a complimentary dessert.

This was the first stop we made when we got into town after a long flight, so we were a bit hungry when we got there so the slow service was a bit of a setback. It took a while for the server to help us and to get the food, but the server was very kind and nice and kept us updated on the food! The food itself was pretty good. The portions were worth the cost and the wait. I got full from the pozole and had half of it left! I definetly recommend coming if you have the time. Will definitely be coming back when I come back into town.

Authentic food & that's coming from someone who was surrounded by it! We had a little bit of everything and it's just SO DELICIOUS!! Our server was so nice and helpful too. We were a party of 9 people & didn't have to wait long for our food either.

Came here twice during vacation and had a wonderful time both times! Huge portion sizes, potent margaritas, and pretty good tex mex hidden away in fairbanks. With being walking distance from our hotel, it was very convenient to get a bite and a buzz!

One of the warmest hidden universes in all of Fairbanks! Even better if you get street parking right out front! This place feels like Santa Fe in the early 90’s meets disco , disco disco! Chips taste like they were just made and are served warm with a mild salsa. First basket is free! Next basket is $3.50. I ordered the Chile rellanó. This place has been around for probably close to 40 years, yet they moved when the nearby bridge was built. They moved here. Delicious amazing awesomeness!

So thankful for great bartenders at El Dorado! Came in after a street fair for a quick bite and great margaritas. Taco Tuesdays are back!
